Job Description:
1、Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
2、Manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and schedules.
3、Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure project objectives are met.
4、Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
5、Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
6、Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
7、Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and navigate a matrix organization to ensure project success.

Requirement：
1、Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2、At least 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT or
CRM projects.
3、Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodology.
4、Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
5、Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6、Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
