- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in implementing and supporting business software (ERP, CRM, PLM…MES…etc) - Familiarity with garment business, - Fluent in English - Well versed in networking, file sharing, database management - Expert ability to be able to connect business processes to system steps - Team player, easy to mingle personality. - Organized and clear communication and explanation skills - Tendency to spot potential issues early - Meticulous note taker and master at maintaining a stringent task list.
Job Description
The position is for an expert in software systems implementation, that is expected to be able to manage and lead the whole process for the company to switch ERP systems. This includes (but not limited to): 1.) Conducting Business Process Mapping and Gap Analysis together with team members and software vendor. 2.) Identifying and designating processes and tasks that would need to remain “offline” together with team members and management. 3.) Restructuring processes, defining data-entry rules with team members. 4.) Work on making an implementation plan together with software vendor. 5.) Supporting ERP team in administration task related to the project. 6.) On boarding more than 50 users 7.) Following the implementation and go-live phases carefully.
