Purpose of the Job：
1． Sales and develop for Dealer business regarding Mechnical Seals for Water Segment
2． Communicate with EBG for New products, e.g eMG/eHJ
Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables) 主要职责
1． Mechanical seals selling for new OEM development, old OEM customer and spare parts business following.
2． Technical solution and commercial support.
3． Develop dealer business mainly for spare parts.
4． Communicate and regular meeting with EBG and other subsidiary
5． Collet market information, support for business strategy and development
Knowledge, Skills and Experience 知识，技能和经验
Education Background学历：
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related

Work Experience工作经验：
- Over three-year sales experiences on Pump or mechinical seal industry
- Over two-year experience on water segment business in China as well as dealer development

Language Skill 语言技能：
- Fluency in Mandarin and English verbally and in writing is required for this position

Soft Skills工作能力：
- Good communication skills
- Capable of working independently and self-management
- Have a strong learning skill and a will to take in new knowledge
- Be familiar with the usage of Office software
- Frequent travel is required
- Strong responsibility, be proactive, working hard, effective execution, teamwork
