Responsibilities: - Build customer relationship - Prepare market researches and competitor analysis - Present the product or service in a structured professional way face to face. - Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails - Make cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business - Listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales. - Check quantities of goods on display and in stock - Record sales and order information and send copies to the sales office, or entering into a computer system - Review own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed targets. - Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements - Work to improve sales skills, managerial skills and product knowledg - Constructively handle all related customer complaints
Requirement: - Bachelor degree in telecom, Electronics or related engineering fields. - Over 10 years work experience in sales. - Sales experience with telecom equipment makers and integrators. Experience in embedded chassis、backplane、cabinet and electric package area is preferred. - Excellent speaking and writing skill in English. - Good communication skills and team cooperation spirit.
