We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- To provide high quality, professional and comprehensive legal secretarial and administrative support to lawyers, including extensive legal document support and data analysis.
Qualification：
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- University graduate with at least 3 years’ working experience in HSBC or elsewhere in a related area;
- Self-starter, independent with good organizational skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with senior management, internal and external lawyers and help implement change initiatives in the functions;
- Good knowledge of the HSBC Group and its operating policies;
- Lateral thinking/problem solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communications in English;
- Advanced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office tools;
- Accuracy, attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure and within time constraints.
