In this role, you will: - To provide high quality, professional and comprehensive legal secretarial and administrative support to lawyers, including extensive legal document support and data analysis. Qualification: To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: - University graduate with at least 3 years’ working experience in HSBC or elsewhere in a related area; - Self-starter, independent with good organizational skills; - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with senior management, internal and external lawyers and help implement change initiatives in the functions; - Good knowledge of the HSBC Group and its operating policies; - Lateral thinking/problem solving skills; - Excellent written and verbal communications in English; - Advanced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office tools; - Accuracy, attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure and within time constraints.
