- Handles/ Executes/ Documents projectsfor customers to ensure a smooth inquiring order process. - Monitor the progress of assigned projects and keep records. - Work with senior BD to negotiate prices with suppliers based on understanding of materials-, component- and manufacturing cost, as well as on knowledge of main “cost-drivers” in the products - Gather all quotes from suppliers and work with Senior BD to find “best-fit” supplier for the quotation, based on the supplier’s commercial and production capability. - Monitoring of suppliers’ performance by PBI. - Oversee running projects for responsible market segments/ customer base and work with the Business Support team to ensure on time delivery. - Follow up first-order’s progress in term of testing, production, and committed delivery.
Requirements: - Degree education specialise in Business management/Marketing/Sales/Supply Chain - Work experience in sourcing or sales related environment - Ownership. proactive and takes initiatives - Planning and organising, good time management - Strong teamwork - Good communication skill - Networking - Multi-tasking - Skilled Microsoft office-Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Good verbal and written English/Local language
