Position Summary / 职位概况 This position is a sales role for XOL and Semiconductor business in China. XOL is a Field of Business under SMO who produces customized optics for Synchrotron and FEL beanlines. In this role, he/she is responsible for developing new opportunities from lead to delivery, including all commercial process with HQ and customer end. Also this role should monitor CN market trends through customers and marketing activities, align with HQ for strategy and relevant planning. This position also takes responsibility of sales of Semiconductor Mask Solutions SBU, which including service sales and account management.
Requirements / 要求 Education / 教育背景 o Master’s degree or above, majored in optical, physic, or material/electrical engineering is preferred. Experience /经验 o Minimum 3 years experience in BD or sales role with MNC o Minimum 5 years experience in Semiconductor industry o Good manner of English and Chinese in reading, writing and speaking o Experience of working and/or network with multiple type of customers, e.g. institutes, universities, wafer fabs, mask shops, or suppliers of such companies would be preferred. Other skills /其他技能 o Good inter-personal skill, can act as a leader as well as a good team player depends on circumstances. o Strong ability to obtain intelligence from all channels. o Strong ability to summarize and derive key information from data and intelligent. o Good reporting and presentation skills
Main Tasks / 主要任务 1. BD and Sales of XOL o Handle end-to-end sales process for XOL products with HQ and end-customers. This includes from lead to opportunity, commercial deal, delivery till billing. o Responsible for annual targets, e.g. Order Intake and Sales Revenue, as well as AR collection. o Maintain and enhance relation shipment existing customers, develop new customer networks. Handle customer escalation with HQ team. o Conduct market study of synchrotron and FEL, and develop sales/product strategy for China market together with HQ. o Keep clear communication and alignment with HQ in all aspects. o Collaborate with supporting functions, e.g. back office, logistics, to ensure smooth commercial transactions and operations. 2. Sales for Semiconductor Mask Solutions o Responsible for service sales, including service contracts, field service projects, billable service, etc. Keep high contract coverage rate, and good profitability. o Establish and maintain good relationship with customers. o As sales team member, jointly work with team on account management o Co-work with HQ sales and service team for clear alignment on service commercial strategies. o Closely work with local service and back office team to ensure service delivery and profitability.
