Key Responsibilities: -Drive App first from Merch/brand/assortment/campaign/resources -Develop and execute long & short-term online assortment strategy across multiple online channels with margin consciousness -Define online optimal product and offer mix to achieve yearly sales and margin target -Analyze category segment/function/products performance and identify online trend so as to define the strategy and to take action to optimize the assortment -Prioritize messages in digital for effective storytelling and align and drive category/ segment/trends online -Introduce brands/other market best practices to pilot and lead product page best practice and share across brands. -Act as a master and be a consultant for other merchandising key activity, such as animation plan and brand launch plan based on online strategy, seasonality and customers’ needs -Co-work with EB team to create online playbook for brands
Qualification: 1.At least 8 years above relevant experience in E-Commerce operation & merchandising 2.Experience in cosmetics industry related brand is a plus 3.Strategic thinking with solid EC understanding 4.Strong customer focus and knowledge in business 5.Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
