★Job Description: ◎Front Office: 1.Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s outlet operations by rotating on each position. 2.Manage day-to-day operations independently within budgeted guidelines. ■ Deliver high quality beverage products at all times. ■ Prepare employee schedules and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts. ■ Train new-hires in service standards, menu items, use of POS system and up-selling. ■ Ensure positive customer service in outlets, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers. ■ Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines. ■ Assist and follow up on team to meet outlet’s Monthly Sales and New Product Promotion Targets.
◎Back Office: ■ Assist in the coordination and collaboration of activities between outlets and HQ. ■ Handle all assigned backend paper documentations. ■ Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
