Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in aerospace engineering, engineering management, materials science, and other related fields; 2. 5-10 years working experience, 5 years and above project management experience is preferred; 3. Have rich project management experience and proficiently master project management tools; 4. Knowledge related to the design, process, and manufacturing of civil aircraft composite structures; 5. Good team management, coordination, communication and collaboration skills. 6. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent, certified 7. Proficiency in Chinese and English Language 8. Proficiency in Italian language is considered as additional asset in the personnel selection.
