任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，航空航天工程、工程管理、材料学等相关专业；
2.具备5-10年工作经验，5年及以上项目管理工作经验优先；
3.具有丰富的项目管理经验，熟练掌握项目管理工具；
4.掌握民机复材结构设计、工艺、制造相关知识；
5.具备良好的团队管理、组织协调、沟通协作能力；
6.拥有项目管理认证（PMP）或其他同等证书；
7.精通中英文；
8.精通意大利语作为额外优势。
Qualifications：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in aerospace engineering, engineering management, materials science, and other related fields;
2. 5-10 years working experience, 5 years and above project management experience is preferred;
3. Have rich project management experience and proficiently master project management tools;
4. Knowledge related to the design, process, and manufacturing of civil aircraft composite structures;
5. Good team management, coordination, communication and collaboration skills.
6. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent, certified
7. Proficiency in Chinese and English Language
8. Proficiency in Italian language is considered as additional asset in the personnel selection.
