岗位职责
1. PRIMARY FUNCTION: State the primary function or overall purpose of your position.
? Work on shift to provide support for ensure production quality and improve shift teams capabilities;
? Optimize production process and procedure and well delivered to technicians.
? Support construction supervision, prepare and execute Day 1 readiness tasks.
? Support, verify, and/or lead pre-com, commissioning and start up activities.
2. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: List the essential responsibilities in order to fulfill regulation and companies required
? Understand on compliance policy, commitment and fully follow all INVISTA compliance policy during daily work and related activities, including GI/Corruption/IP/TPO
? Understand EHS policy, commitment and apply INVISTA EHS policy during daily work.
? Fully take the Safety Responsibility in daily work.

3. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: List the job responsibilities in order to fulfill the purpose of position as described above.
During Project:
? Work with project team for handover process during project phase.
? Support construction suprevision or coodination(tie-in plan).
? Puchlist tracking and verificaiton based on the joint walkdown.
? Support or lead Pre-startup safety review(PSSR) before startup.
? Support or lead mangement of change for related production line.
? Be trained and support Procedure preparation.
? Shilt team trainng material preparation.
? Training for the shift teams to catch up polymer knowleage for operation.
During Normal Operation after Project:
? Build up/enhance operation capabilities on shift.
? Oversee area QPU and look for optimized operation for improvement
? Ensure operation follow up production plan
? Own the product quality related process troubleshooting and optimization
? Lead customer complaint investigation and ensure product non-conformance/off-spec incident is investigated for actions.
? Respective of Ops to review MOC with engineering team.
? Oversee procedure management to ensure procedure accuracy, integrity, and well followed up by technicians.
? Provide process support and trouble shooting in daily operation
? Provide instruction and knowledge share for operation team for MOC, case learning

4. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Describe any knowledge or skill (e.g., Education, Certification, Technology, Working experience, Management,) which the position required
? 2+ years for Multi-national work experience in chemical industry:
? Bachelor degree or above
? Has chemical plant work experience.
? Understanding of safety and compliance risk; local regulations, and how to mitigate and manage risk.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Workable English in both speaking and writing.
? Demonstrated good troubleshooting skills
? Candidate must be physically able to climb ladders and stairs.
? Ability to work in outdoor conditions.
? Manipulating and donning personal protective equipment including flammable resistant clothing and SKA Pak’s.
