协助生产领班/生产主管，按照cGMP和SOP及EHS的要求和规定进行生产，解决生产中的关键技术问题，在保证安全和质量的前提下，高效率地完成生产任务。

人员
接受经理的工作安排；
具有良好的团队合作精神；
定期参加培训，熟悉cGMP和EHS要求，熟知生产工作中的专业技能和知识，并能不断提高自己；
在操作设备方面，培训并指导其他员工的操作。

操作
生产操作中严格遵循cGMP和SOP及EHS的各项要求，及时准确地填写批文件与记录本；
负责批文件的审阅；
负责起草和修改SOP，EHS及其他生产相关文件；
及时报告各种偏差和机器或操作的非正常情况，积极寻求解决方法；
积极参与技术革新项目，与工程部/验证部门/项目部门紧密合作，完成设备的周期性验证或专题验证项目，配合工程部完成日常的设备维护；
按批文件要求完成生产过程中的中间控制（IPC）；
关注KPI的数据收集，参与分析生产数据。
关注批文件填写正确率的数据收集和分析，并在此基础上提出建议，提高正确率。
协助部门不断改进生产质量和生产效率

环境、健康、安全
承担最新版本通用电气医疗集团EHS政策中规定的职责
达到通用电气药业(上海)工厂对员工的EHS期望

资格/经历：
本科以上文化程度，制药工程相关专业优先。
有制药或相关行业的工作或实习经验优先。
具基本的英语交流能力和office软件(Word, Excel)的应用能力。
