* Directs and coordinates overall plant management including production, quality, material, order management, ES&H, finance and human resource;
* Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices;
* Accountable for Site P&L. Plans, directs, and coordinates the plant operations of all relevant departments in accordance with schedule, quality and cost objectives;
* Expected to collaborate closely with commercial team in the sales office to ensure monthly sales commitment are met with stipulated guidelines.
* Maintains positive employee relations in a safe work environment;
* Continuously improvement in cycle time, quality as well as reducing cost on existing products;
* Work with all relevant departments for effective solution of issues;
* Overall responsibilities in efficient utilization of equipment and facilities;
* Keep smooth public relations with local government;
* Provide necessary support for customer site visit & exchange activities;
* Work with HR for organization and employee development
* Staffs and oversees the activities of site;
Any other tasks as assigned.

* Degree with minimum 10 years’ experience in mechanical manufacturing environment
* Good knowledge of operation management and oversee management
* Good managerial skill and ability to work well with people at all levels.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Computer literate.
* Well organized and can work independently.
*Self-stimulated and team-work spirit.
