工作职责: Position Major Responsibilities 主要职责 "1. Drive sales and hit monthly and annual booking targets. 推动销售,达成月度与年度订单目标。" "2. Responsible for planning regional business plan (Quarterly/Annual). 负责制定区域业务计划(包括年度计划、季度计划)。" "3. Support to making and carrying out the annual plan for sales promotion, OI increase and good status of Money Collection. 协助制订、实施为达到销售收入、新接合同及资金回笼制定的区域年度计划。" "4. Introduce application and products to customers, design insstitutes and engineering consultants. 向客户以及设计院,工程顾问公司作应用和产品介绍。" "5. Develop new dealer,establish dealer network 发展适合的经销商,建立经销商网络。" "6. Train and develop Key account. 培训和发展大客户。" "7. Summarize project and market information to Sales&Marketing Director. 及时向总部反映各种市场信息。" "8. Other temporary tasks assigned by the superior. 完成领导交办的其他临时任务。" 任职资格: 1) Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求 "1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechaincs or Hydraulic Machinery major. 具有机械或水利机械专业大学本科或以上毕业学历。" 2) Working Experience / 工作经验 "1.5+ experience in pump sales or relevant working experience. 具有5年以上中国泵业或其它机械行业的销售经验以及5年以上办事处销售管理相关工作经历。" "2.Familiar with East China area industrial market, and have sales experience in related markets.. 熟悉华东工业市场,有相关市场的销售经验." 3) Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求 "1. Understanding of performance, structure and application of KSB products; 5S/EHS management. 了解KSB产品的性能机构及运用, 5S/EHS管理。"
4) Defined Competencies / 素质要求 "1. Good managemnet skils; Good sales skills and communication ability; Good commnand of computer; Understanding and application of pump model selection software. 良好的管理技能。良好的销售技巧及沟通能力。良好的计算机应用能力,了解并应用水泵选型软件。"
