Responsibilities: 1. Plan and schedule project timelines, track project delivery milestones, and outputs; 2. Coordinate functional departments and teams, including chip design implementation, software, system hardware, etc., to ensure the smooth implementation of the project; 3. Monitor project progress, practice effective risk management, and ensure project deadlines are met; 4. Communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction with project execution results; 5. Conduct project evaluations and results assessments during and upon project completion;
Requirements: Candidates who meet one or more of the following criteria will be given priority consideration: 1. Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant work experience; 2. Participation in the entire chip development process, understanding the complete chip design flow (design and physical implementation, design verification, system verification etc.); 3. Prior experience in project management for relevant SoC or MCU chip projects is preferred. 4. Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management; 5. Independent work experience, with the ability to contribute to the team by solving technical, quality, cost, and schedule challenges; 6. Strong communication and organizational coordination skills, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work well under pressure;
