RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the implementation of the IBP R&S process across SI organization Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of the IBP process and tools Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are able to effectively use the IBP tools Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials, if necessary, tailor made for BL use Monitor and report on the progress of the IBP rollout in SI Identify and escalate issues and risks related to the IBP rollout Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure the IBP tools are properly configured and integrated with other systems like R11 Back up project manager and key users in participation of project meetings and train-the-trainer sessions. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the IBP process and tools
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT or related field 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, IBP, or related field Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and tools Experience with IBP tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or Anaplan Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel and work in different time zones as needed
