1. Dealer data collection, consolidation. Regional tailor made AS report with data analytical ability.
2. Support to the Customer Support area managers: e.g. Circulation Letter and memo application, document translation, campaign PR / PO process, project score calculation, regional dealer support payment, project meeting organization, contracts /invoices/ collection.
3. Full responsibility for organizing team meetings, preparation, and distribution of the agenda, writing and circulating minutes, follow-up and filing daily.
4. Support regular regional Customer Support Conference, dealer group and area meetings.
5. Support additional regional Customer Support task and projects when necessary. Communicate and cooperate with Central when necessary.
6. Provide administrative support for business development aftersales.
Qualification:
? Education / Degree: Bachelor’s degree in finance, International Trade or equivalent and above.
? Knowledge / Skills /Competences: - English business fluent. - Good computer skills with Excel and PPT. - Organized, detailed and service oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player, customer and business oriented, work productively in a high-pressure environment.
? Experience: Budget planning, data management and analysis experience.
