2.管理招标过程，监督招标书的编制，管理与中标供应商的谈判工作；
3.确保批准的变更请求信息贯穿到供应链。
4.监督管理与供应商和公司内部利益相关者的关系；
5.在风险管理组织职能的支持下，管理采购活动的识别、跟踪和纠正措施定义。
6.管理风险纠正措施的实施；
7.确保采购流程的分析和优化，以实现***效率；
8.确保合同参考并遵守行业和客户的标准和规定。
1.Supervise the procurement activity, from preliminary RFI to PO issue during the entire program life cycle;
2.Manage the bidding process for bids, Supervise the preparation of the bidding book, manage the negotiation activity with the related supplier which won the bid;
3.Assure approved change request information flow down towards the supply chain.
4.Supervise the management of the relationship with the suppliers and company internal stakeholders;
5.With support of risk management organizational unit, manage the identification, tracking and corrective actions definition of the procurement activity.
6.Manage the risk corrective action implementation;
7.Assure analysis and optimization of procurement processes for maximum efficiency
8.Assure that contract refers to and comply with industry and customer standards and regulations.
任职条件：
1.本科及以上学历，经济、工程管理、工程等相关专业；
2.具备10年及以上工作经验，5年及以上采购工作经验；
3.了解复合材料、数控设备、工装相关知识；
4.了解航空行业和航空质量要求。
5.熟练掌握办公软件工具；
6.熟悉中国国企招标流程的政策；
7.熟悉掌握业务流程；
8.数学能力强；
9.出色的口头和书面沟通能力；
10.较强的人际交往能力、谈判能力、组织能力；
11.能够在快节奏的环境中独立工作；
12.熟练掌握中英文书写和口语。
13.精通意大利语为加分项；
14.愿意参加临时通知的出差。
1.Bachelor degree or above in economics, engineering management, engineering or a related field;
2.Possess 10 years or more of work experience of which at least 5 years or more in procurement;
3.Knowledge related to composite materials, NC equipment and tooling;
4.Knowledge of Aviation world and aviation quality requirements.
5.Proficiently master Office suite tools;
6.Good knowledge of Chinese policy about bidding process for State Owned Companies
7.Strong understanding of business processes
8.Strong math skills
9.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10.Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, organizational skills
11.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
12.Proficiency in Chinese and English Language, both written and spoken.
13.Proficiency in Italian language is a plus.
Available to travel for business trips under short notice.
