负责日常项目部操作相关工作。

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
Follow up new orders from managers/pricing team. Jobs related to all kinds of MOT
(ocean, air, road, rail etc.) and all incoterms
跟进经理们/报价组分配的单子，业务涉及所有运输方式（海运，空运，陆运，铁路等）及贸易条款。
Follow up full operations process including communication with domestic/overseas customer/sub-contractor/agent, booking process, HBL/MBL instructions and submission, data input, billing and invoicing etc.
一票到底操作，含与海内外客户/供应商/代理沟通，订舱，确认提单，系统录入，结算费用等所有闭环流程。
Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system CW1.
确保操作系统CW1中录入的信息完整并且正确。
Ensure complete the billing to overseas office and local shipper in due time as
per the quotation
根据之前报价及时开票给国外办公室以及当地发货人
Other tasks assigned by manager.
完成其他由经理分配的任务。

Qualifications
College graduate, major in related is preferable
大专以上学历，物流相关专业优先考虑
CET4 and above is required
需大学英语4级及以上
Working experience in OOG / Breakbulk cargo is preferable
拥有超尺寸，散杂货工作经验优先考虑
Knowledge of export/import 进出口知识
Familiar with MS office 熟练掌握办公软件
Good English in reading and writing 良好的英语读写能力
