Your tasks:

* Leading the design/development of various restraint systems
components(airbags, seat belt systems, steering wheel, ECUs, etc.) to ensure
that both component and overall vehicle crashworthiness requirements and
regulations are achieved.
* 负责乘员约束系统的设计开发，确保产品设计(气囊、安全带、方向盘、ECU等)满足零部件及整车的被动安全法规要求。
* Familiar with passive safety regulations, e.g. C-NCAP, C-IASI, EuroNCAP,
etc. Define, plan and perform system application projects, studies and
investigations (ZF internal, customers, government funded, etc.)
* 熟悉被动安全法规，如C-NCAP、C-IASI、EuroNCAP等，定义内外部乘员保护系统项目的性能目标及开发计划。
* Familiar with occupant protection products, e.g. SBS, SWS/DAB, CAB, PAB,
KAB, etc.
* 熟悉乘员保护产品，如安全带、方向盘/主驾气囊、气帘、副驾气囊等等。
* Interfacing with internal engineering team and customer to ensure restraint
system is optimally packaged within the vehicle and will meet customer
expectations.
* 与内部相关工程部门接口以及对外对接客户，确保乘员保护系统性能优化最终达到客户要求。
* Definition of simulation and testing activities in system application
project and analysis of the results.
* 定义系统开发的仿真及试验验证计划。
* Conducting, ordering and analyzing system specific tests (e.g. vehicle
crash, sled and OOP tests) in system application projects. Propose measures on
ZF products and external components to improve the overall restraint function
* 完成系统试验并分析结果，如滑台试验、OOP试验、整车试验等。并针对问题提出有效解决方案。
Your profile:

* Graduate Engineer having specialized in mechanical engineering, automotive
engineering or similar
* 机械工程、车辆工程、或相关专业，工作年限不限
* Knowledge in legal requirements and ratings in the automotive safety,
knowledge in test and dummy technology
* 了解汽车行业被动安全法规，了解假人及乘员保护产品
* English as working language
* 可使用英文作为工作语言
