职位描述
Reports To
Sales Manager

Role Purpose
Implement sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for corporate sector in Shanghai, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector, identify new business opportunities within the government sector.

Key Accountability
1. Develop and maintain relationships with Travel agent/ clients in Shanghai, including C-level executives, HR managers, and procurement teams.
2. Identify new business opportunities within the corporates/ travel agents /tourism board/close usergroup/ TMC/OTA sector, including new clients, verticals, and regions.
3. Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
4. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
5. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are in line with company policies and guidelines.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry through to post-sale support.
8. Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback and insights to the Sales Manager.
9. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your network and promote our products and services.
10. Good analytical skill and able to do sales report analysis and must be savvy it IT programs
11. Able to make strategic decision on sales planning and negotiation.
Areas of Experience
? Strong understanding of the Greater China market and travel sector, including business
culture, regulatory environment, and market trends.
? Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
