Position Summary: Provide a strong leadership to manage the activity of the team to guarantee the quality of customer service. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate the communication with BV lab and external supplier plus internal stakeholder. 2. Review the testing report of client for different market, especially for China market. 3. Coordinate the service solution (including technical, process, workflow and KPI) for client. Work with BV network to ensure service performance delivery. 4. Performance & support data analytics and technical analysis based on client needs. 5. Support continuous improvement through projects in conjunction with operations. 6. Review the performance regularly with the client and Key Account Manager. 7. Handle client complaints and facilitate resolution in real time. 8. Assistant support program management and grow business. QHSE: 1. Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of CPS North China. 2. Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements. Skills & Requirements: 1. Strong communication and flexible to deal with network. 2. Strong study and engagement skill. 3. Language skills (reading, writing) in English and Mandarin. 4. Basic knowledge in applicable product safety standards and norms, testing procedures. 5. 1-3 years of work experiences in product safety/conformity. 6. Good Office tool skills. 7. Understanding in product development, supply chain management process is prefer.
