The purposes of this position are:? - Assist the Line Manager in developing an "always on" and campaign social seeding strategy on main platforms such as RED, Douyin, Weibo, and WeChat. Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) of campaign monthly. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives & campaigns in line with broader marketing and communication strategies. - Work closely and effectively with agency to ensure smooth execution of campaign, including information briefing, reasonable phasing, etc. Proactively analysis the overall performance of campaign and drive more traffic. - Stay up to date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance brand social media presence. - Demonstrate strong project management skills and excellent social marketing abilities, including influencer selection and content optimization. - Responsible for all Digital related payment request submission and provide support to line manager on budget control. Main KPI tracking: ? Yearly Search Index Achievement ? Douyin A3 Audience Increment Qualification: ? Bachelor’s degree, and above 2 years of social seeding related working experience. ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insight. ? Expertise on all technical functionality of key digital platforms such as RED, Douyin, Weibo, and WeChat, etc., and knows how. ? Enthusiastic about digital marketing with social media savvy & strong technical curiosity. ? Self-motivated and independent, working under pressure and detailed driven.? ? Good written and spoken English. ? Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with equally strong teamwork.
