工作职责: 1.制定长期和短期的销售预测以及年度营销计划。 Make annual marketing plan and long-term/short-term sales forecast. 2.建立和维持客户联系并负责公司及产品形象的推介。 Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers and be in charge of promotion of product image. 3.负责进行市场调研及分析,掌握市场需求、客户要求,特别是客户的特殊要求和期望,查明产品的质量要求、价格水平及市场调研情况。 Make market research & analysis, know well market needs and customer requirement, particularly customers’ special requirement, investigate quality requirement, price level of the market. 4.明确客户对产品技术和质量的要求,结合具体情况进行报价,报价应综合考虑采购成本、装配成本、运输成本等。 Confirm customers requirement regarding product technology and quality, make quotations including sourcing/assembly/logistics cost in consideration of specific circumstance. 5.负责与客户签订协议,明确本公司所承担的义务与职责,协调顾客提供产品的管理。 Take charge of signing agreements with customers, clarify obligation and responsibility to assume, coordinate with customers for product delivery management. 6.负责组织合同评审,负责评审合同需求的明确性、完整性、负责确定顾客与市场的需求。 Organize agreements/contracts review, assess definition and integrity of contracts, clarify market and customer needs. 7.定期对客户进行满意度调查并进行分析及疑难问题的解答,并将客户的要求及时反馈相关部门. Conduct satisfaction survey & analysis regularly and troubleshooting, feedback customer requirement to related departments. 8.接收和跟踪客户订单及发运至客户的产品质量的跟踪及问题的解决,包括去客户现场的解决。 Take charge of orders reception and delivery follow-up, settlement (long-distance and onsite included) of quality issue as well. 9.负责定期对客户的回访,以了解客户对我们产品的看法,并反馈相关部门予以解决。 Pay regular visits to customers, collect customers’ opinions about product and share with related departments. 10.协调质量部解答客户对于产品质量和性能的疑问。 Help quality dept answer customers’ questions regarding quality and performance. 11.回答总经理层关于商务工作方面的咨询。 Answer to GM’s questions regarding commercial activities. 12.签订本部门的组织系统及人员配置变动。 Conclude organization chart of department. 13.在总经理层的授权下,发展和培养销售队伍,以及决定本部门人员的考核、加薪及晋升。 Develop and train sales team with the authority of GM, evaluate the KPI of department staff. 14.指挥、支援和协调本部门各职能岗位人员完成制定的工作目标。 Guide/support/coordinate department staffs to achieve the objective. 15.出席公司的决策及协调会议。 Attend decision/coordination meeting of the company. 16.负责在本部门宣传和实现环境方针、目标、指标和管理方案; Be in charge of the publicity and achievement of environmental guideline, objective and management in the department. 17.负责向公众、客户宣传公司的环境政策和理念; Be in charge of the publicity of company environmental policy and idea in front of customers. 18.负责和客户的年降谈判 Take charge of annual cost reduction negotiation with customers. 19.负责收集、整理归纳客户资料,建立客户档案 Responsible for collecting, sorting and summarizing customer data and establishing customer files. 20.负责部分客户项目的项目管理工作 Responsible for the Project Management work of part of the customer. 要求: 大学本科以上学历,市场营销或相关专业毕业,5年以上的汽配行业营销经验 Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or related major, more than 5 years experiences in auto parts industry 有德系客户合作经验为加分项(大众,宝马) Bonus point if experience with Germany OEM as VW and BMW 有新能源领域相关客户经验为加分项 Bonus point if experience with BEV program 英语或法语流利,熟悉办公自动化,有良好的团队合作精神和团队管理经验。 Fluent in English or French, familiar with Microsoft office, good team worker and have a team management experience.
