Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f).

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Quality Assurance engineer.
The Quality Assurance engineer will focus on supplier quality management and quality system management to ensure all related processes and products are compliant with applicable standards and specifications on an ongoing basis. This role will be responsible for developing the company quality system and its daily maintenance. Additionally, The Quality Assurance engineer should utilize quality improvement methodology to ensure the production process, product quality and supply chain are meeting the customer requirements, product specifications and internal and external standards.

Responsibilities:
● Handle all material quality issue within production and IQC in time and drive for effective correction and preventive actions.
●Perform data analysis monthly to figure out the quality trend and communicate details with key suppliers.
● Own and develop a high-standard quality system to drive sustainable quality improvements culture.
● Ensure compliance with ISO9001/14000/13485 and other applicable quality management standards.
● Responsible for internal/external and customers’ audit.
● products certification, i.e. CSA, 3C, YY,…
● Assist in the design and development of production processes to ensure quality, cost efficiency and the working environment.
● Ensure that all product is compliant to all applicable standards and specifications prior to the product being released for shipment.
● Quality claim handling and other daily quality routings.

Requirements:
●Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical related degrees
●Overall 5 year of relevant experience of including 3 years of experience in Quality assurance management
● Previous experience implementing ISO9001/14000/ quality systems in a manufacturing factory, experience on ISO13485 will be highly preferred.
●Six Sigma, Lean and other quality certification is a big plus.
●well-grounded knowledge of Quality Methods (PPAP, APQP, MSA)
●Native in Mandarin with good command in both spoken and written English
●English reading, writing and verbal communication is required
● Strong communication ability who is able to connect and communicate with all levels
