Responsibilities：
-VAT issue
-AR follow up
-Submit/prepare payment when we have
-Checking and reply mails
-Manage the daily accounting and book keeping
-Other financial task
-Any HR,AD,Sales support
-Manage the monthly closing procedure including reconciliations, accruals and --Reporting to the headquarters in Denmark
-Ensure full reconciliation between local statutory accounts and company
accounts
-Customer billing
-Complete Ordering of all kind of Office Supplies
-Link between Fesco and Sibco
-Issues with Tax Bureu
-Visa Documentations for Visitors from Europe (Invitation Letter)
-Hotel Bookings for Visitors from Europe
-Hotel Pricing Negociations on Yearly Basis
-Cordinator of Maintance in Office (finding contractors and price checkings)
-Checking Invoice on Office Rent and be link to them for other requests
