MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To enter orders to the ERP system and correct invoicing, ensure that the correct data is entered, and correct processes followed globally from the beginning of the customer delivery process. 2. To implementing the changes and selecting and supporting the correct way-to-operate processes in order management in China area. 3. To support the China area order management network in daily cases, in processes and tools (especially ERP) and other order management related elements e.g., sales terms, bank guarantees, Value added taxes (VAT).
SPECIFIC DUTIES 1. Entering the orders for China area and ensuring correct invoicing. 2. Reviewing the commercial terms by making sure that those are done according to the Valmet policy 3. Supporting order management function in China area by solving challenges in order management processes as an expert 4. Making sure that the correct instructions and processes are followed and if not, taking necessary actions. 5. Making sure that the correct transfer pricing rules are followed. 6. Supporting the ERP and process implementation during and after the roll-out. 7. Providing local support for end users in operating the system. 8. Training new hires. 9. Coordinating logistics activities when needed. 10. All other tasks assigned by line manager or company 11. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance. 12. Have awareness of local relevant quality system. (Please specify the quality system name such as ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 in JRPC.)
Job Requirement & Qualification 1. Typical minimum relevant experience required: 2-5 years 2. Bachelor’s degree 3. Very good oral and written English 4. Good excel, Power BI skill 5. Very good communication, co-operation ability 6. Work independently in global environment 7. Knowledge of ERP system is a plus, E.g., BAAN, M3, SAP
