工作概述
作为Desmet中国全球采购团队的一员，您的职责是购买制造车间的专有设备，跟进制造并解决问题。
主要责任
采购
? 与工厂的合作下，提供容器设备的报价，以回答来自各个Desmet办公室的热门，已售的和生效项目的询价。
? 维护车间的装货时间表，以保持制造工作的***全球交货计划。
? 与制造工厂协商所有容器设备的采购订单。
制造监督
? 与QC团队一起跟进容器制造订单，以确保按时完成，并根据需要加快进度。
? 与QC团队跟进问题（根据QMS流程），确保让工厂根据需求妥善解决问题。
? 与QC团队一起跟进NC（根据QMS流程），确保在需要的情况下，让工厂妥善解决/改善NC（纠正措施），制定预防措施并跟进实施和有效性。
? 根据我们的质量管理体系程序，与质量控制和全球采购团队一起，主动和对车间进行定期评估。
? 跟进未按预期执行的车间的后续行动计划。
? 跟进缺失的图纸，待定点，...并与当地采购/项目执行团队沟通（通知将导致项目延迟（如果有））
? 跟进/处理图纸的变更修订以及制造/价格/交货时间方面的后果。
? 陪同全球客户参观工厂。
? 扩大容器制造能力/能力 。
? 支持并配合全球采购经理制定和改进流程和程序。
所需资历
所需学历/经验
? 工程学位，或同等经验
? 钢铁制造经验（容器、锅炉等）
首选学历/经验
? 制造业的设备方面具有良好的技术背景
? 3 年在国际环境中具有类似职能的经验
? 对ERP系统有很强的了解，***是Dynamics（D365）

JOB SUMMARY
As part of the Desmet China global sourcing team, your role will be to purchase proprietary equipemnt to fabrication workshops, to follow up fabrication and to troubleshoot issues.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Purchase
? Partner with the workshops to provide vessel fabrication quotes in order to answer the RFQs from the various Desmet offices for the hot, sold & into force projects.
? Maintain the workshops loading schedule to keep updated optimum global distribution of vessel fabrication work.
? Negotiate all purchase orders with the workshops for vessel fabrication.
Fabrication Supervision
? Together with the QC team, follow vessel fabrication orders to insure staying on schedule, expediting as needed.
? Follow up issues with QC team (as per our QMS process), make sure issues are solved/made good by workshop in case required.
? Follow up NC with QC team (as per our QMS process), make sure NC are solved/made good by workshop in case required (corrective actions), define preventive actions and follow up implementation and effectiveness.
? Evaluate workshops on a pro-active regular basis, according to our QMS procedure, together with Quality Control and Global Sourcing teams.
? Follow up actions plan put in place for workshops that did not perform according to expectations.
? Follow up on missing drawings, hold points, … and communicate with Local Purchasing /project execution team (inform on delay it will cause (if any) on project(s)
? Follow up/handle on changed revision of drawings and consequences in fabrication/prices/delivery time.
? Accompany global customers when workshop visits.
? Expand the vessel fabrication capacity/capability.
? Support the Global Sourcing Manager defining and improving processes and procedures

REQUIRED PROFILE
Required Education / Experience
? Engineering degree, or equivalent through experience
? Steel fabrication experience (vessels, boilers, …)
Preferred Education/Experience
? good technical background in fabrication of similar equipment
? 3 years of experience in similar function in an international environment
? Strong knowledge of ERP system, preferably Dynamics (D365)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
? Displays a hands-on, pragmatic, no-nonsense pro-activeness
? Displays a broad technical interest and is keen to learn
? Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to commute between Shanghai and Wuxi every two weeks
? Highest level of ethics and integrity
? Fluent in English
