The role will involve engagement with key accounts for customer’s digital integration, digital interactions in cooperation with the region sales teams and other relevant stakeholders, and act as the human point of contact behind the digital relationship. As the main sales point of contact with the dedicated account, the Digital Commerce Engineer will build e-platform corporation and e-procurement connection for pre-and after sale support, drive the account strategy, strengthen relationships by digital tools with the counterparts, track and understand customer needs and, align Emerson’s offerings to address them, in collaboration with field sales team.
Role Responsibilities ? Proactively work with dedicated customers to increase digital integration on customer’ e-platforms. Be fluent in the benefits of digital integration and articulate a clear action plan for implementation. ? Responsible for the achievement of efficiency and enablement tools the Measurement Solutions Portfolio within the frame agree segment of customers through digital and remote interactions. ? Manager customers e-platforms and administrators’ account for MRO business ? Build up customized e-procurement process for customer experience and accounts sales. ? Proactively act for digital customer requirement from platforms and leveraging quantifiable business results with sales team proposal team and product team etc. ? Acts as the contact for receiving customer queries and issues and work with the relevant functions within the organization to ? Understand in full Emerson’s unique selling propositions and actively contextualize them to the customer industry needs to maximize business, bring them to satisfactory conclusion. ? Understand and use available data analytics and reports to optimize account growth strategies, including whitespace analysis, pricing actions and customer segmentation. ? Actively coordinate with colleagues and orchestrate the support of subject matter experts, Product Managers, or other company stakeholders to create a compelling and differentiating value proposition for the selected customers. ? Support the deployment of new digital tools and engagement platforms as new technologies become available. Additional Responsibilities: ? Stay informed and proactively request training on the entire MSOL portfolio, rapidly adopting new technologies and incorporating new product launches in the sales strategy. Basic Qualifications: ?
