职位使命Mission：
Work as Area Sales Responsible to develop business plan and implement sales strategies as agreed in the sales budget; maintain the strong relationship with dealers and ensure the effective development of brands in the responsible region;
工作职责Responsibilities:
Sell-in (Sales budget) management:
1. Take the initiative of the plan to achieve sell-in budget. Develop & Monitor dealer business on good track, review business with dealer on regular basis. Diagnose operation problems, provide suggestions, make out action plan with dealer and follow up executions.
2. Understand perfectly of the market situation and initiate the new POS development plan; Have the capability to distinguish the location and manage the store opening according to company’s instruction.
3. Negotiating agreements with the client on regular operations as well as annual contract budget etc.
Sell-through (Retail) management:
1. Base on company sell in budget, negotiate the annual sell out target with dealer by POS including the inventory plan.
2. Monitor dealer product assortment and sales status, work together with Merchandising Dept. to make timely replenishment and adjustment to keep effective product assortment to drive sales; Maintain store image in line with brand requirements.
3. “Voice of Customer”: listen to and consolidate the voice of customers and initiate the follow-ups such as model performance, market trend, trade marketing etc. Understand the consumption habit from the responsible regions, be able to provide sales suggestion base on the specific consumption habit. Provide proposals and support on planning and execution of dealer store promotion and marketing activities.
4. Regularly visit POS to provide market intelligence on market and competitors and make related analysis。
任职资格Qualifications & Requirement:
1. Retail Industrial from fashion, luxury fashion and life-style etc.
2. At least 5 years sales operation and management related working experience;
3. Business acumen;
4. College degree or above;
5. Good communication skill in English and Chinese;
6. Presentable, sophisticated, mature and hands-on;
7. Can travel frequently。
