Main Responsibilities / Job Description Take charge for China stores daily operations Improve and maintain the current operation system to meet the management's expectation Base on the data and fact, work out the standards for monthly store targets and staff performance Periodical performance review, store visit and routine meeting, summarize the operations flaws and provide suggested solutions with detailed action plans Ensure the stores monthly targets (including but not limited to sales performance /staff turnover rate and etc..) are properly set and achieved Allocate relevant jobs to the subordinates and coach them to ensure the retail operations efficiency Coordinate with other departments including HR/Product/Display/Training and etc., to achieve a better retail performance Other work assigned by the supervisor
Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above, Business or related major preferred. Five years or above retail management experience, fashion or fast fashion industry background preferred Passionate for retails, capable to work under pressure and embrace challenges with positive mindset, result oriented and able to deliver results Superior coaching skills and influential.
