Functional area/职责
1. Choose suitable suppliers for quotations, maintain project key timely, support sales to win new project选择合适的供应商询价，比价，及时完成报价，配合销售争取新项目
2. Assess existing supplier source, then combine or develop in order to improve, make it be enough and reasonable 评估现有供应商资源，进行整合或开发以完善，确保供应商资源的充足性与合理性
3. Improve and optimize supplier base constantly不断推动和优化所负责产品的供应商资源
4. Supplier contract negotiation, strive for the best benefits of the company负责供应商合同谈判， 为公司争取***利益。
5. Complete the consolidated purchase and annual cost down as planned按计划完成整合降价采购项目以及年度降价谈判
6. Stock agreement negotiation供应商备货协议谈判
7. Handle unqualified goods intime不良品及时处理
8. Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives支持及推动6S的推行
10. Perform other tasks assigned by the team 部门内分派的其他工作
11. Other work assigned by superior and the company上级和公司安排的其他工作事项

Requirements/任职要求
1. College degree or the above in Mechanical or Engineering background机械类或工科类相关专业，大专或以上学历
2. At least 3 years' experience in supplier development in fasteners or C parts至少三年以上紧固件或C类件产品的供应商开发或相关工作经验
3. Be familiar with production process, craft, cost and quality control for fasteners C-parts and other hardware熟悉紧固件，C类件及其他五金产品的生产过程、工艺、成本及质量控制
4. Have plenty of supplier sources for fasteners and C-parts有丰富的紧固件，C类件供应商资源
5. Have the knowledge 9001, ISO14000 or TS16949 了解 ISO9001, ISO14000 或TS16949体系
6. Positive, aggressive, logical, can work independently and under pressure工作积极主动，有很强的进取心，逻辑思维清晰以及拥有独立工作能力的抗压能力
7. Good at independent thinking, good problem-solving skills 善于思考，能独立解决问题
8. Good skill in negotiation, communication, analysis, reporting and team work良好的谈判、沟通、分析、汇报及团队合作能力
9. Be good at English in speaking & writting 良好的英语口语和写作能力
10. Good skill in MS Office, ERP system (SAP)良好的办公室软件使用和ERP系统知识(SAP)
