Summary:
1. Make proposal for service project as per the customer’s RFQ.
2. Service project management when regional service managers get the orders
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Support RSMs to make proposals for service projects in terms of the customer’s RFQ, including the scope of supply and cost calculation.
2. Technically support RSMs and parts team to identify the spare parts in the lines of ASY, CBT, BTS etc.
3. Service project execution after the RSMs get the orders of service projects. Timely deliver the service to the customers as per the stipulation of service contract.
4. Efficiently control the running cost and secure the margin of every service job.
5. Organize the task force for each service project in conjunction with service operation manager and take the leadership in every service project.
6. Take the responsibilities of site manager in every service project.
7. Timely collect payment of every service jobs.
8. To communicate and support peer companies when they deliver the systems to China and request for local service support.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above in Controls Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related subjects.
2. Experience in project management in the industry of automotive manufacturing equipment
3. Experience in installation and commissioning of powertrain assembly system or powertrain testing system or body-in-white system
4. Good interpersonal skills. Be capable to engage the internal and external stakeholders in daily work.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Positive, open and team spirit
7. Willing to travel frequently
