Responsibility 1) Build brand Loss Prevention strategy 2) Identify potential store risk and compliance issues and respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance 3) Work closely with cross function team, enhance process to reduce store operation risk 4) Monitor store operation data, analysis and raise alarm 5) Developing and implementing security and safety programs for employees and customers 6) Manage shrink, which is a store's loss of inventory and assets due to theft, error, shoplifting, or fraudulent activity 7) Audit stores to ensure inventory is processed, handled, and monitored appropriately, and document any errors or failures 8) Investigate, log, and resolve alleged and actual theft, violations of policy, and compliance concerns
Requirement 1) Bachelor degree 2) More than 8year’s experience in retail Risk Management or Loss Prevention area 3) With solid experience and knowledge in handling emergencies 4) Strong interpersonal and Communication skills and can work effectively with internal and external stakeholders of diverse cultural backgrounds 5) Excellent Team-player 6) Hard worker, willing to work for results, not time 7) Passion in outdoor and sports industry
