ROLE PURPOSE
？ We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Technical Project Leader specializing in the development of faucets for wash basin mixers, bath and shower, and kitchen mixers. In this role, you will act as the primary interface between our organization and our external partners, overseeing the technical aspects of the project and ensuring its successful execution.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ Collaborate with product management to assess technical feasibility of product specifications.
？ Coordinate with the technical team and service department to conduct product benchmarking activities.
？ Create and maintain the technical specification document, adhering to internal standards and relevant norms.
？ Lead communication and design reviews with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
？ Coordinate product concept evaluation and selection to meet cost and technical targets, while ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
？ Oversee the creation and maintenance of all relevant Master Material Data Information in SAP.
？ Ensure the accuracy and completeness of 3D designs and 2D drawings, approving them as necessary.
？ Coordinate specialized department activities, including patent research, D-FMEA, regulatory affairs, and package design.
？ Manage pilot runs and production phases, including PPAP, to ensure quality standards and functionality are met.
？ Coordinate product laboratory tests throughout the development process to achieve final release.
？ Manage Engineering Change Notice (ECN) requests and execution.
？ Contribute to Value Engineering initiatives.
