This role will support Valvoline retail team and retail stores execute daily operations and management in China. Assists line manager and retail team to manage franchise project with partners. Delivers Valvoline culture and values to partners and employees, help manager team to collect and analyses market information, store/employee situation and state of operation. Supports team collect, reviews, and analyzes sales data with professional tools. Boosts good internal communication with function and support teams.
此岗位将支持胜牌零售团队和零售门店在中国的日常运营和管理，协助直线经理和零售团队与合作伙伴一起管理特许经营项目，向合作伙伴和员工传递胜牌文化和价值观，帮助经理团队收集和分析市场信息、门店/员工情况和运营状态，支持团队使用专业工具收集、审查和分析销售数据，促进与职能部门和支持团队的良好内部沟通。
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
1．Retail business support and report 零售业务的支持和汇报
-Supports the daily work and development of retail department and JV company, coordinate the resource of Valvoline and partners. 支持零售部门和合资公司的日常工作和发展，协调胜牌公司和合作伙伴的资源支持。
-Supports retail network development and communication with partners. 支持胜牌零售网络的发展，并保持与合作伙伴的沟通。
- Franchise model business development and support. 特许经营模式的业务开发与支持。
- Business report to the global management team 向全球管理团队的业务汇报。
2. Retail store development and supervise 零售门店的业务发展和督导
- Take part in the development of the retail store network in China and coordinate with JV team to complete the target together. 参与中国零售网络的开发并协助合资公司完成目标。
- Collates and analysis operation data from retail stores, use smart and flexible method to help and boost partner stores keep improving sales performance and service level. 整理和分析零售门店的运营数据，帮助和促进合资公司团队不断提高业绩和服务水平
3. Data analysis and internal communication 数据分析和内外部沟通
-Collects and analyses retail and JV sales data, support retail team to present retail development state and actual performance. 收集和分析零售业务和合资公司的销售数据，支持零售团队展示零售业务的发展状况和实际业绩。
-Enhances internal/external communication with support retail team and JV team, help retail team get maximal resource from inside/outside. 加强与支持零售团队和合资公司的内部/外部沟通，帮助零售团队从内部/外部获得***的资源。
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor degree or above in management (or equivalent) in automotive or retailing industry. 本科及学历，专业汽车或相关行业。
->3 years on assistant experience in auto or parts industry. 3年及以上在汽车或零件的助理工作经验。
- Good communication and presentation skills. 良好的沟通能力。
- Good problem Solving and Analysis skills. 良好的解决问题和分析技能。
- Good English skill in oral and written. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
