岗位职责：
1，Be responsible for production daily quality control ，deal with suspect parts timely and collect process data, inspection records on a regular base.
2, Be responsible for improving process quality by driving continuous process improvement
3, Be involved in establishing process quality control plan and monitor it's implementation effectiveness
4, Be responsible for actions in case of nonconformance and organize team for analysis and problem soling
5, Assist CQE to deal with quality complaints and support to provided internal evidence & Drive team for 8D reports
6, Assist SQE for supplier quality handling
7, Support internal and external quality audits and make actions for improvement
8, Provide quality training for inspectors
9, Focus on process data and drive improvements to control quality cost

任职要求：
1, At least 5 years work experience as process quality engineer in automotive industry
2, Be familiar with plastic process or F&R assembly process quality control is preferable
3,Knowledge of ISO / IATF16949, PPAP, APQP, MSA and process audit skill etc.
4, Aware of different OEM requirement ( e.g, VDA, Ford Q1,MSA etc)
5, Understanding of the quality management tools, such as 8D problem solving method etc.
6,University level engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering or similar competence otherwise acquired.
7,Knowledge of Technical & automotive application.
