工作内容 job contents: 1)内部销售:根据项目经理提供的成本制作报价单;收到PO后制作销售合同,根据生产周期安排发货;SAP系统录入。 Internal sales: Prepare a quotation based on the cost provided by the project manager; After receiving the PO, create a sales contract and arrange shipment according to the production cycle; SAP system input. 2)外部销售:客户打样的协调;NDA文件确定;销售报价,销售合同确定;生产周期的实时跟踪;货款及发货跟踪控制;销售开票;投标文件制作及应标、开标全程跟踪、操作(需要可靠、专业、细致)。 External sales: Coordination of customer sampling; NDA file determination; Sales quotation and confirmation of sales contract; Real time tracking of production cycle; Payment and shipment tracking control; Sales invoicing; The preparation of bidding documents, as well as the full process tracking and operation of bidding response and opening which requires absolutely reliable, professional, and meticulous employee. 3)销售数据、客户信息汇总; Summary of sales data and customer information 4)展会:制定参展计划;展位预定;展位合同确认;协调展台装潢设计、展台装修、展会宣传资料准备、展台海报准备;参展人员确定;酒店预定;展会现场指挥等等。 Exhibition: Develop exhibition plans; Booth reservation; Confirmation of booth contract; Coordinate booth design, booth decoration, preparation of exhibition promotional materials and booth posters; Confirmation of exhibitors; Hotel reservations; Exhibition on-site command and so on. 5)市场调研 Market research 6)部门预算:年度预算制定。预算控制及调度。 Department budget: Annual budget formulation. Budget control and scheduling. 7)协助部门总监及业务经理处理其它事务,OA系统处理。 Assist department director and business managers in handling other affairs, and handle the OA system. 8)接收协调客户投诉。 Receive and coordinate customer complaints
