Quantity Surveyor will lead planning, schedule control and cost control. Maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, cost, timely report, early warning and support project manager to manage deviations.

Job Duties
1.Support project manager to oversees the project cost and schedule
2.Establish and develop project control plans and procedures.
3.Review project budget allocation and schedule basis developed by EPCM vendor and make optimization.
4.Cost/schedule closely monitor and audit until project handover.
5.Timely inform project management of potential problems related to cost and schedule and make recommendations for the path forward in time, early escalation when needed.
6.Collaborate in establishing and managing cost control systems for accurate financial information.
7.Create and maintain cost/schedule master data and monthly update according data from SAP
8.Analyze project management and cost control system data independently for insightful cost status presentations.
9.Implement and maintain Project Planning and Scheduling.
10.Evaluate project status against baseline schedules and assess the impact of changes or delays in design or construction.
11.Involve and control all changes during project execution

Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in engineering or accounting related field.
2.At least 7 years experience in project controller role with focus in cost and familiar also to schedule control
3.Competent in project control disciplines with a broad general knowledge of engineering, design, and project or program management.
4.Ability to establish priorities and develops critical tasks.
5.A proven self-starter, able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with a wide range of personnel, has the ability to interact and work in a team environment, and is well organized.
6.Work Experience in owner’s company is a plus.
