Key Responsibilities：
1. Specific implementation of project operation tasks, participation in key operations such as (heavy or bulk cargo) general cargo chartering, supervision of heavy or high-precision cargo loading operations, customs clearance supervision at the loading or destination port, and heavy or bulk cargo transportation;
2. During the project implementation process, maintain the communication channel with the relevant personnel of the customer, report the customer's real targets to the headquarter, actively guide the customer and organize the formulation and implementation of the solution, reach a consensus and ensure that the expenses are recovered as planned;
3. Participate in the whole process of the project, and make suggestions to refine the work process and improve the work method;
4. Review the cost and expenses in project operation, supervise the progress of customer income invoicing and settlement, connect with finance to optimize cash flow management, maintain and update cost and income accounting;
5. Organization of procurement of services in China with high quantity and cost-saving;
6. Co-Sales development of Chinese EPC and Heavy industry manufacturers.
岗位职责：
1. 具体执行项目作业任务，参与(重、散货)杂货租船、监管重、高精度货物装载作业、监管装货港或目的港清关、监管重、散货运输等重点作业；
2. 在项目实施过程中，保持与客户相关人员的沟通渠道，向总部汇报客户的真实目标，积极引导客户并组织制定实施解决方案，达成共识，确保费用按计划收回；
3. 参与项目的全过程，提出完善工作流程、改进工作方法的建议；
4. 审核项目运营中的成本和费用，监督客户收入发票和结算进度，与财务对接优化现金流管理，维护和更新成本和收入；
5. 在中国组织高质量、低成本的服务采购；
6. 联合销售发展中国EPC和重工业制造商。
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, logistics or shipping major is preferred;
2. Familiar with the charter contract, understand the routes of general cargo , heavy lift , warehousing & trucking or relevant experiences in shipping & logistic industry;
3. English can be proficient in daily conversation;
4. Strong adaptability, good at maintaining good communication and coordination with shipping companies , port , warehouse , bonded W/H and customers;
5. Min. 3 years project management & operation experience in project logistics related companies, and experience in heavy lift service;
6. Connection/Experience with Chinese Oil and Gas project is a plus.

1. 本科及以上学历，物流或航运专业优先；
2. 熟悉租船合同，了解杂货、重吊、仓储、卡车运输航线或有航运、物流行业相关经验；
3. 能熟练运用英语进行日常会话；
4. 适应能力强，善于与船公司、港口、仓库、保税仓库、客户保持良好的沟通协调；
5. 3年以上项目物流相关公司项目管理及运营经验且有重型起重服务项目经验；
6. 有中国油气项目经验者优先。
