Responsibilities 职责 1. Manage Sales Rep’s daily work based on the responsibilities listed in the job description. 根据工作职责管理本区域内业务员的日常工作。 2. Lead his/her team to achieve company sales target 带领团队完成公司的销售任务。 3. Review new door applications and prepare application for regional managers. 检查新店申请并且准备申请。 4. Ensure money collection for new clients before we open account in system 系统中开新账户前,保证能从新客户那里收到款。 5. Recover customer’s debt of his/her responsible area. 回收自己负责区域的客户欠款。 6. Review and check Sales Rep’s work reports. 检查业务员的工作日报。 7. Monitor and ensure a proper brand image of the customers’ shops in his/her responsible area in accordance with brand guidelines 监督并保证自己区域客户的店面都按照品牌指导方针保持一个恰当的市场品牌形象。 8. Make sure that brands are presented in an appropriate environment with other brands of similar brand positioning 保证自己所负责区域内的公司品牌和其他同类等级品牌一样在正确的展示和陈列。 9. Monitor Sales Rep’s daily performance and feedback to his/her line manager on time 监督业务员日常每项工作完成的情况并及时反馈给上级领导 10. Plan annual KA sales Strategy and ensure execution in each regions 制定年度大客户销售战略并确保在在各个区域的执行 11. Other responsibilities assigned by the company and line manager. 其他公司或者主管分配指派的职责。
