Responsibilities: 84 Prospecting of potential distributors/customers via sales activities such as trade exhibitions, industrial meetings, personal contacts and the Internet; 84 Hunting potential sales opportunities. Developing quotations and proposals for target customers/distributors, offer professional advices and negotiate cooperation. 84 Developing and sustaining solid relationships with current customers/distributors proactively, communicate on regular basis with customers/distributors to identify new opportunities. 84 Following up for all projects with negotiation, project execution and follow up the payment. 84 Setting up Annual Team Target and follow up all projects of Shanghai team on monthly basis and report back to Europe about the status, process and suggested follow ups regarding diverse cases. 84 Collecting the market information and mastering the market dynamics of the competitors and provide constructive suggestions for the development of the company. 84 Organizing and participating in customer / market related webinars / seminars to increase brand visibility. 84 Working with management team to identify clear strategic sales objectives, and specify feasible plans and budget to management team and estimate outcome for management team. Report inputs and outputs regularly.
Requirements: 84 Bachelor degree with mechanical technical background: preferable in mechanical, electrical engineering major. 84 3 - 5 years relevant sales and sales management experience, if related to the products of hardness testers is a plus. Proven track record of successful sales. 84 English is Required. 84 Adapt to at least 60% of business travels. 84 Strong business acumen (sensitive to opportunity) and customer oriented. 84 Good communication and coordination with internal and external partners. 84 Proactive thinking and acting, self-driven.
