Job Responsibility 工作职责
1. Design and improve tooling fixtures based on product characteristics and process requirements
根据产品特点及工艺要求，设计或改进工装夹具
2. Optimize and improve production line processes to enhance process stability based on customer requirements and existing products capability
根据客户要求、结合现有产品情况，优化改进产线工艺，提高工艺稳定性
3. Develop and maintain product related process documents, monitor the production process, coordinate and resolve any abnormal issues from production
编制和维护产品相关工艺文件，监督生产过程，协调并解决生产过程中的异常问题
4. Assist in achieving the goals of each stage of the project according to the company's new product development process
依据公司新产品开发流程，协助完成项目各阶段的目标
5. Execute other work arranged by the leader
执行领导安排的其他工作

Required Level of Knowledge and Experience 需要的知识和经验

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical. Automation or other related
本科或以上，机械、自动化等相关专业；
2. Proficient in using at least one drawing software such as SolidWorks or CAD
熟练使用SolidWorks或者CAD等至少一种绘图软件
3. Skilled in observation and thinking
善于观察和思考
4. Good at team work and communication skills
