Managing project business success and operational excellence: · Be responsible of project P&L, ensure project financial measures on target · Managing project delivery excellence of schedule, safety and quality, and project execution KPIs · Maintaining headcount work/vacation schedule for all project employees and utilizations corresponding revenue forecast for existing business. · Regular client engagement and managing client expectations, and lead generation thru client and employees. · Managing contractors with good project delivery performance · Closely work with other functions for the project forecast and manpower planning, aim to have accurate cost report · Reviewing the customer billing and cost to maintain a targeted contract Gross Margin · Identifies management talent; manages and coaches site leads and supervisors as project business mandates. · Regular employee engagement, one on one, performance reviews, progressive discipline & award. · Management of approvals of time sheet & expense & procurement · to all meetings ready to speak up and discuss all pertinent issues, present established Maintains accountability for company provided tools, phones, computers, and safety equipment (PPE). · Manages and escalates all issues in professional manner and works with employees and client on resolutions General: · Participate fully in daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly internal / customer meetings. · Coming prepared metrics, etc. · Practice the Collaborative Way. · Promote a strong team environment. · Good communication skills and able to work under pressure. Ability and willingness to travel frequently and on short notice to customer sites (both domestic and international).
