【主要工作内容】
Provide technical support for all issues of process and continue improvement according to business plan
Lead machining process team quick responding for L2 daily operation issue solving
Lead machining process team continuously improve machining process, increase the stability of maching process such as turning, grinding and horning process
Manage standard CT, leading CT optimization and OEE improvement
Lead Channel daily issue solving (Trouble shooting, problem solving), process review and regular audit
Responsible for tooling drawing management, check and release procedure
Arrange feasibility study, process flow, follow tooling progress
Responsible for new project PPAP preparation (engineering portion), coordinate OTS and related PPAP progress
Responsible for PFMEA review and update
Supporting QA for customer complain follow up. Lead technical solution for quality issue solving
Maintain standard process procedure, such as new project tooling development, new equipment procurement, FAT, SAT, process validation, PFMEA management
Lead for shop supplier cost optimization
Responsible for PCR/ECN process follow up

【技能和经验要求】
Bachelor or above in related major
6 years related work experience or above，2 years leadership experience
Good knowledge on machines and process
Good knowledge of Quality procedure and tools (Capability study, PFMEA, 8D.)
Good PC skill, CAD software
Good command of speaking and written English
