The position is a leader to the Engineer or Sales team, coaches and supervises the team to perform daily operation.
The incumbent is also responsible for market analysis and strategy development on E&E business.
Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate strategy for assigned territory and products; (10%)
2. Work with P/L engineer teams and sales teams to achieve financial target; (15%)
3. Supervise and train project forces to achieve department targets; (15%)
4. Perform market analysis and strategic objectives research; (15%)
5. Contact with clients to provide professional support on project matter; (10%)
6. Provide essential support to team to ensure the quality of the product and recommendation for enhancing test features; (15%)
7. Support for project implementation, new product development, case resolving and innovation project in assigned territory; (10%)
8. Ensure adherence to TüV SüD Guidelines and Procedures; (5%)
9. Any other duties as assigned by superiors. (5%)
Job Requirements
1. University graduates with master degree, major in electronic and electrical, engineering or other related discipline will be preferred;
