Welcome & handle the customers in the respect of Messika’s standards (In the Boutique, on the phone or by mail or during events) 以梅西卡的标准欢迎和接待客户(在专卖店里、电话上、邮件里或者活动中) ? Adapt Messika‘s style to each customer’s need in order to offer the appropriated service 以梅西卡的标准处理每一个客户的需求,向客户提供称心如意的服务 ? Advise, convince & ensure that each sale is handled accordingly 提供建议,让客户相信并确保每笔交易都得到相应的处理
Building a long-term relationship with the customer: 与客户建立长期的合作关系 ? Manage and develop his/her customer portfolio 管理和开发自己的客户群体 ? Ensure the prospection and the follow-up of new customer (local and international) 确保对新客户(国内和国际)进行考察和跟进 ? Customer Service SAV: 售后服务 ? Take care of each case according to Messika’s standards 按照梅西卡的标准来处理每件事情 ? Follow up on each case and communicate to the Boutique Manager each problem 跟进每件事情,与专卖店经理交流每个问题
Product/ Merchandise/Inventory Management 产品/在售商品/库存管理 ? Participate to the good management of the stock 参与库存的优良管理 ? Reception & transfer 接收和移交产品 ? Take part in inventory management / stocktake 参与库存管理/盘点 ? Check that all products are correctly handled & priced 检查所有产品的处理和定价是否都正确 ? Look after the level of stocks of the accessories (catalogues, gifts, boxes, etc.) 管理配件的库存量(目录、礼品、盒子等) ? Look after the merchandising (products are correctly emphasized according to the Boutique priorities, cleanliness, prices, etc.) 管理在售商品,确保在售商品已根据专卖店的优先顺序恰当地突显出来、摆放整洁、定价准确等)。
Other 其他 ? Respect of all procedures issued by Messika in terms of sales, discount, SAV, exchange, etc. 遵守梅西卡制定的销售、折扣、售后服务、产品更换等所有流程 ? Participate actively to Boutique meeting organized by the Boutique Manager (provide feed-back, propose new ideas / actions) 积极参与专卖店经理组织的专卖店会议(做出反馈、提出新的想法/行动计划) ? Participate to the training given and consult all documents at disposal allowing a better understanding of Messika, products and new collections 参加梅西卡提供的培训,查阅所有可供使用的材料,以便对梅西卡、梅西卡的产品和新系列产品有更好的了解 ? Remain informed on the business through magazines and regular Boutique checks of the competitors 通过杂志和对竞争对手专卖店的定期勘察,保持对业务的了解。 Be responsible to apply all guidelines provided by Messika (Compliance/security/Finance). 负责实施梅西卡颁布的所有准则(合规、安全、财务)
