主要工作职责 Key Tasks : ? Create offer, sales order and purchase order in ERP system ? handle and update the customer’s inquiry and order system ? Work with sales managers and suppliers to cross check all the terms and conditions of order confirmation ? Closely follow up production schedule and maintain a good relationship with customer and supplier to ensure in time delivery ? Cooperate with logistic officer to arrange delivery ? Closely review the gap of order intake and sales revenue vs the target plan, and timely report the risk if any and push sales for more order intakes to make up the gap ? Inventory management (stock level, parts safety stock, stock turnover rate, stock aging) ? Customer master data maintenance and management ? Follow up outstanding payment of orders and responsible for collection assignment in ERP system ? Generate necessary reports for business analysis to management ? Any other business-related activity assigned by immediate superior or functional head
任职要求 Job requirement: 1. College Associate Degree or equivalent qualification 2. Solid experience in international trading, previous experience in order administration 3. Good communication, interpersonal skill 4. Fluent in written and spoken English 5. Excellent office software skills, experience in using ERP system 6. Knowledge in financial related issue concerning international and offshore trade 7. Attention to detail, team working skills/customer focus, enthusiastic, problem solving, able to communicate at all levels within an organization 8. Can work under pressure
