61 Provide solid support for Area Sales Team on projects execution/operation. 61 Project implements by system operation, global logistics arrangement (sea freight/air freight/bonded logistics, etc) and after-sales service, etc. 61 Keep good relationship with defined customers through daily contacts about project process, goods delivery, claim handling, etc. 61 Cost & risk control, and troubleshooting through the whole process of the project execution. 61 Maintain smooth cross-departmental coordination with domestic and oversea colleagues. 61 Review and understand the logistic, payment and claim items, etc. in commercial contracts 61 Register sales orders and issue the purchase orders in SF/LN system 61 Prepare the documentations under different payment terms such as L/C, T/T and so on. 61 Make the internal payment applications and organize payment materials. 61 Follow up goods delivery together with internal logistics centers and forwarding company in Europe 61 Support the sales team for other works, such as inquiry, light calculation, etc. Desired skills: 61 Min. 4 years of experience working in project executive preferably in an international organization. 61 Fluency in Mandarin and English – both spoken and written (ideally C1 level or better) 61 Familiar with international business, trading and logistics.
