Service Engineer Profile
Harro Hoefliger GmbH is world leading machine manufacture for pharmaceutical industry. With headquarters in Stuttgart we have worldwide 2000 employees and the annual turnover is around Euro 400 million. Due to the continuous successful sales expansion in China and Asia Pacific region, we are looking for a service engineer based in Shanghai:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assist in installation and commissioning of a wide range of imported packaging and pharmaceutical processing machines
- Respond to technical problems relating to product application and provide trouble shooting via telephone or on site and after sales technical service in a timely manner
- Independently handle customers after sales inquiries and coordinate with headquarters
- Travels to headquarters for machine commissionings/trainings
- Supporting sales personnel in selling process
Requirements:
- Degree with major in mechanical or electronic engineering
- Min. 3-5 years experience in installation works for imported machinery, preferably in the packaging or pharmaceutical area
- Good oral and written English
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure
- Self disciplined, integrity and honest
- Frequent traveling in China, headquarter and etc.
- Proactive and able to work independently
